Summary Environment North worked with planners, landscape architects, and engineers to develop an urban Master Plan for a proposed township of 11,000 people next to the Wet Tropics World Heritage Area near Kuranda, Far North Queensland. Work included:
Innovation/Distinguishing Features The Master Plan and Scheme Amendment won a Planning Institute of Australia Merit Award (Environmental Planning) for displaying “technically sound integration of ecological, land use and infrastructure planning inputs”. |
